How the books are kept today
Invoices go in a drawer and to the bookkeeper on the 5th. Delivery notes go on a spike by the counter and are looked at only when something is missing.
Two clocks run against each other here. The defaults are the conservative reading of both.

Croatian accounting law. The obligation is on the entries and the documents behind them, so both are held for the full period.

Delete source images after posting
Off by default. A photograph of a delivery note can carry a signature and a phone number, but it is also the only evidence behind a matched quantity — deleting it early is how a dispute becomes unwinnable.
Read on our own hardware only
Restricts extraction to the self-hosted reader. Honest trade: nothing leaves the building, and the second opinion goes with it — a single reader has no disagreement to settle.
Redact bank details in exports
Account numbers are the target of the fraud this product exists to catch, so they are masked anywhere the file leaves the workspace.
